FEATURED SERVICES

Whole House Inspections

Whole House Inspection

A complete home inspection is a thorough examination of the major components that combine to form the structural support and working systems in a home. We abide by, but are not necessarily limited to the ASHI standards of practice.

Radon Gas Testing

Radon gas is a colorless, odorless, naturally occurring gas that is formed from the breakdown of uranium deposits in the rocks and soil under your home.At the conclusion of the test, we print out an easy to read line graph that clearly shows the hourly results and average concentrations of radon in your home.

Termite Inspection

Termite Inspection

Damage from these critters cost up to $5 billion every year in the US. So, if you see mud tubes snaking up walls or the foundation of your home, or notice soft spots in floors, drywall or trim, your home could be infested with termites or ants.

Radon Mitigation

Radon Mitigation

Radon Mitigation is any process used to reduce radon gas concentrations in the breathing zones of occupied buildings or radon from water supplies. Mitigation of radon in the air is accomplished through ventilation, either collected below a concrete floor slab or membrane on the ground, or by increasing the air changes per hour in the building.

Mold Testing

Mold Testing

If your home suffers from condensation on the windows, this is often an indication of poor air flow and high humidity.  High humidity is one of the main causes of mold growth.  In these scenarios, it is reasonable to suspect that mold growth may be occurring in the home and therefore, testing is a worthwhile option.

Water Quality Testing

Water Quality Testing

We collect samples of potable water and have an independent lab test them for any or all of the following contaminants: Nitrates, Nitrites, Bacteria (including e-coli), Lead, Copper, Arsenic, Sulfates, Fluorides.

Mold Remediation

Mold is tiny organisms that are essentially found everywhere in our natural environment.  It exists in various colors such as black, white, orange, green, or even purple. In the outdoors space these organisms play a vital role in nature.  We are exposed to mold every day, and in small amounts it is usually harmless.

Lead Base Paint

Lead Base Paint

Many older homes include at least one layer of lead based paint. Our testing of lead paint is simply a swab test that will detect the presence of lead. It does not detect the amount of lead or on what layer of paint the lead is present. Lab analysis would be required for these more precise measurements.

Sewer Scope

Sewer Scope

A sewer scope is a long cable with a camera that is sent into the drain line to observe the condition of the pipe. Knowing the condition of your drain lines is important because damage can cause issues that can be expensive to repair.

Pool Inspection

Pool Inspection

When buying or selling a home, a residential pool or spa inspection is vital to ensure the safety and longevity of the pool and its equipment. Pools and spas can be expensive to maintain and repair, as well as introduce various safety concerns

Well Inspection

Well Inspection

A well inspection will ensure the water is safe to use and won't cause any health hazards. A proper water well inspection will provide peace of mind and help you avoid costly breakdowns.
